LOTT is looking for a talented Finance VA that can support our Financial Controller. The ideal candidate has experience with data entry, Google sheets, and admin tasks. You are not overwhelmed by big sheets with a lot of data and are perfectly accurate executor. There is no room for mistakes. You are an executor that keeps the team up-to-date on the status of fund transfers. We encourage autonomy and freedom, but that also means you need to possess accountability and communication skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES
1) Processing advertising budget top ups from clients
2) Processing advertising budget deposits from clients
3) Moving advertising budget between ad accounts
4) Troubleshoot ad spend roadblocks by informing designated team member(s)
3) Maintaining financial logbook on the status of transfers

RESULTS
– Clear overview on any money transfers in Google Sheets
– Unburdened team members that can focus on client support and satisfaction with the service, instead of “where did the client’s money go?”
– Enables owner to analyse financial KPI’s of advertising agency on a daily basis

WHAT YOU BRING
Education and/or experience
– Bachelor’s in business administration, Finance, Economics, or equivalent (e.g., CPA, MBA) or related field
– Experience with Excel/Google Sheets and other finance data tools
– Experience with a project management software like ClickUp (not required but a plus)
– Eagerness to tackle new assignments
