Financial Account Manager (Bookkeeper)

Initial work schedule: 08:00 pm to 10:00 pm PH, Mondays to Fridays
Rate: $3 per hour DOE

Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated Financial Account Manager, also known as a Bookkeeper, to address critical financial bottlenecks and implement the CEO’s vision. This role is pivotal in resolving limitations in the payroll solution, generating invoices with payment links to U.S.-based clients, and ensuring comprehensive tracking, documentation, reporting, and financial management. As the Financial Account Manager at Level Up, your expertise in accounting and bookkeeping tools is essential to providing financial stability and insights.

Responsibilities:
Payroll Solution: Develop an efficient payroll solution without limitations, allowing for seamless transfers without dependence on local banks.
Invoice Generation: Implement a system to generate invoices with payment links for U.S.-based clients, with the flexibility to incorporate a local bank or set up a U.S.-based bank, depending on what works best.
Financial Record Tracking: Thoroughly track and document all financial records and transactions to ensure accuracy and transparency.
Financial Reporting: Provide detailed financial reporting, including insights and recommendations to support informed decision-making.
Familiarity with Tools/Programs: Utilize accounting and bookkeeping tools to streamline financial processes and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Financial Account Manager or Bookkeeper role or a similar position.
Proficiency in accounting and bookkeeping tools to ensure accurate financial management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to generate valuable insights and recommendations.

Nice to Haves:
Interest and curiosity about advancements in AI (Artificial Intelligence) and the ability to explore AI-driven solutions for financial operations.
Experience managing finances for multiple businesses, such as a Recruitment Agency and a Lending Business, with potential exposure to the Car Rental industry.
