The Role:
We are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join our team. This is a key hire for our organization – as we grow, so does our reliance on timely and accurate financial information, as well as the complexity of producing it.
This role will involve:
– Create weekly and monthly cash flow and profitability forecasts
– Provide business unit leaders with financial information to support savvy decision making
– Work with bookkeepers and accountants to oversee the production of financial statements
– Analyze forecast vs. performance variances
– Automate and optimize processes, reports and tasks
This is a remote, long term, full-time position; the time investment will be about 40 hours per week. The schedule is flexible, but availability for some Eastern time working hours is necessary for team collaboration and meetings. The compensation will be a fixed monthly salary of $1500 to $2000 depending on experience and skills.

The Candidate:
We’re looking for someone experienced who is looking for a challenge, is comfortable with ambiguity and is excited to strengthen the financial management in an entrepreneurial, fast-growing company.
Someone who…
– Enjoys working with strategic and heart-centered business leaders
– Gets excited about using data-backed insights to make better decisions
– Likes puzzles, and can’t help but notice all the little details (i.e. mild OCD)
– Good at taking direction, but doesn’t need (or like) to be micromanaged
– Trustworthy with company’s financial info
– Has done a similar role (reports analyst or workforce management) for an online company and understand the business model
– Experience with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets – the role involves a lot of manipulation and presentation of data.
– Experience with Accounting, Quickbooks Online and shopping cart systems – this is not required but it’s a definite plus.
