What you’ll do…
-Responsible in managing accurate financial reporting and general bookkeeping in QuickBooks
-Commission statement analysis (will receive training)
-Compile financial data for Industry Benchmarking and other industry related metrics
-Creating annual pay benchmarking for positions within the organization
-Budgeting and forecasting support
-Provide assistance to the CFO with financial analysis and reporting
-Work on other reporting and projects as assigned

Qualifications:
-Solid QuickBooks bookkeeping experience for at least 3 years
-3-5 years of bookkeeping and/or financial analyst experience
-Background in any accounting software is a plus
-Proficient in MS Excel and Google Apps
-Excellent English communication skills and comprehension
-Keen attention to detail and has reliable analytical skills
-Working competency with administrative support tasks
-Highly organized
-Independent, self-sufficient, and highly resourceful
-Values integrity and dependability
-Has good initiative and brings innovative ideas to help the company in achieving its goals
-2 monitors
-25 mbps internet speed with instantly reloadable backup that is also 25 mbps (like Globe or Smart)
Windows Computer and webcam capability
