Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our team and contribute to the successful execution of a commercial real estate project. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial modeling, forecasting, and analysis, and will play a crucial role in developing a comprehensive financial strategy to attract potential investors.

Responsibilities:

– Develop and maintain detailed financial models to support investment decisions for the commercial real estate project.
– Prepare accurate and timely financial forecasts, budgets, and reports.
– Analyze financial data and market trends to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
– Collaborate with the project team to understand project scope, timelines, and financial requirements.
– Assist in the preparation of investor presentations, pitch decks, and other fundraising materials.
– Conduct due diligence and feasibility studies to evaluate potential risks and returns of the project.
– Monitor project performance against financial plans and identify areas for improvement.
– Provide support in negotiating terms with investors and financial institutions.
– Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in real estate finance.

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CFA designation is a plus.
– Proven experience as a Financial Analyst, preferably in the real estate or investment industry.
– Strong proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting using Excel or other financial software.
– Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
– Solid understanding of real estate finance, market analysis, and investment strategies.
– Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information clearly and concisely.
– Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in financial reporting.
– Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
