We’re seeking a versatile Real Estate Financial Analyst & Bookkeeper who will support both our strategic financial analysis and day-to-day financial management needs. This role is pivotal in supporting our expansion from handling 10 units a year to 50, integrating business and personal financial strategies, and managing the bookkeeping process in preparation for accounting review.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive financial modeling and analysis for diverse real estate investment opportunities.
• Perform bookkeeping duties, including recording transactions, managing accounts payable and receivable, and preparing financial statements for review by the company accountant.
• Assist in strategic planning and evaluation of long-term financial assets, including online investment opportunities.
• Provide detailed analysis and recommendations for both business and personal financial planning.
• Coordinate with external tax advisors and legal consultants to optimize tax strategies and ensure compliance.
• Analyze market trends, financial data, and investment opportunities to support informed decision-making.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, maintaining meticulous financial records.

Qualifications:

• Strong experience in financial analysis and bookkeeping, with a demonstrated focus on real estate investments.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and bookkeeping software (e.g., Excel, QuickBooks, or similar platforms).
• Comprehensive understanding of real estate markets, investment strategies, and financial planning.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication skills, capable of conveying financial insights and reports across different levels of the organization.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA, or Certified Bookkeeper) are highly advantageous.

Additional Requirements:

• Willingness to be hands-on with both strategic and operational financial tasks.
• Experience in integrating business and personal finances for wealth optimization.
• Flexibility to adapt to the evolving needs of the business and contribute to various projects.
