Responsibilities:

Financial Modeling: Develop and maintain intricate financial models to forecast business performance, revenue projections, and cost analysis. Collaborate with various departments to gather relevant data and inputs.

Profitability Analysis: Assess the profitability of different business initiatives, products, and services by conducting thorough financial analysis. Identify opportunities to optimize revenue streams and reduce costs.

Bookkeeping Management: Oversee day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, ensuring accurate recording and classification of financial transactions. Reconcile accounts, maintain general ledgers, and prepare financial statements.

XERO Account Oversight: Manage and maintain the XERO accounting platform, including reconciliations, bank feeds, invoicing, and expense tracking. Troubleshoot any issues and ensure data integrity.

Financial Reporting: Generate regular financial reports, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs), trends, and insights. Present findings to management and provide recommendations for strategic improvements.

Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the creation of annual budgets and long-term financial forecasts. Monitor actual performance against budgets, identifying areas of concern and proposing corrective actions.

Compliance and Regulations: Stay up-to-date with financial regulations and accounting standards. Ensure accurate and timely tax filings, financial reporting, and adherence to relevant laws.

Financial Strategy: Collaborate with senior management to develop and refine financial strategies that align with business goals. Offer expert advice on investment decisions and capital allocation.
