Description
To deliver our ambitions to positively transform how we provide Health Care & Life Science products and services, we are seeking to appoint an additional Financial Bookkeeper to to play a pivotal role in the next stage of our revolutionary journey.
Since our inception, we have worked side-by-side with big thinkers to deliver our vision of Better Life, Better Care. This position will contribute to expanding our global presence by working collaboratively with our existing financial teams to manage accurate financial records and contribute to our financial accuracy.
We are in search of a skilled and dynamic financial bookkeeping professional to join our team.
Key Responsibilities: As a Financial Bookkeeper at 2San, you will be responsible for a range of essential tasks related to financial record-keeping, transaction management, and controllership. Your main responsibilities will include:
Transaction Processing: Accurately recording and processing financial transactions, including invoices, payments, receipts, and other related documents.
Data Entry: Maintaining high standards of data input to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial records.
Accounts Payable and Receivable: Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including timely processing of vendor invoices, customer payments, and reconciliations.
Bank Reconciliation: Conducting regular bank reconciliations to ensure that financial records accurately reflect actual bank balances and transactions.
Month End Reconciliations: Perform month-end processes to reconcile accounts and ensure accuracy and completeness of all data entered. This also includes preparing reports for the management team and shareholders.
Controllership: Taking ownership of bookkeeping duties for the assigned 2San entity, ensuring compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
Ad Hoc Projects: Participating in special projects and financial analysis as needed, contributing your expertise to assist in decision-making processes.

Accuracy: Ensuring precision in data entry, transaction processing, and reconciliation activities.
Diligence: Exhibiting a high level of attention to detail and thoroughness in completing assigned tasks.
Technical Expertise
A relevant bachelor’s degree, or equivalent in Business Accountancy or other related field.
A minimum of 3 years recent experience in a similar position
OR
A minimum of 5 years recent experience in a similar position
AND
Proficient working knowledge of the accounting principles and processes.

Fluent in English (C2 or above)
Must be eligible to work in United States time zone
Technology Setup
In addition to the above, you must also have the appropriate technology system & software in place as below:
Internet not lower than 10 MBPS
Laptop or PC with at least Intel Core i3 processor and 4GB RAM (or equivalent)
Noise cancellation headset & a webcam
An additional monitor screen is preferable but is not mandatory for the position.
