Job Description:

As the Finance Controller, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities of the company, including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. You will be working closely with the executive team to provide financial guidance and strategic insights to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the preparation of financial statements and reports
Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures
Manage the budgeting and forecasting processes
Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions
Monitor and analyze financial performance and report variances
Manage cash flow and ensure sufficient liquidity
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
Manage relationships with external auditors, tax advisors, and other stakeholders
Xero experience is a must.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; Master’s degree preferred
CPA or CMA certification preferred
Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting, including 3 years in a managerial role
Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial analysis, and reporting
Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software
