We are seeking a Finance Controller skilled in financial management, budgeting, and operational efficiency. This role is designed for an individual who can manage financial operations, develop and oversee budgets, and provide strategic financial insights.

You Will:

Manage Financial Operations: Oversee the financial activities of the company, ensuring smooth and efficient operations in all financial matters.
Budget Development and Oversight: Work with department heads to create budgets that align with the company’s strategic plans and monitor financial performance against these budgets.
Financial Analysis and Reporting: Produce detailed financial reports that accurately reflect the company’s financial status and support strategic decision-making.
Cash Flow Management: Develop strategies for effective cash flow management to maintain the company’s financial health.
Process and System Improvement: Enhance financial processes and systems for better accuracy and efficiency, utilizing financial software tools like Reckon for various financial tasks.

What We’re Looking For:

A finance professional with at least 3 years of experience in a finance controller role, preferably in the digital marketing or a related industry.
Expertise in financial planning, budget management, and financial analysis.
Proficiency in financial software, including Reckon, for invoicing, bank reconciliations, and financial reporting.
Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
