• Compliance and Control. Ensure that all financial transactions are properly recorded, filed, and reported. Establish and implement financial controls to prevent mismanagement and fraud.
• Strategic Analysis & Advice. Analyze financial data and performance; provide advice and strategic recommendations to the CEO and other key members of the executive team.
• Financial Management and Reporting: Oversee all company accounts and investments. Create monthly and annual reports to identify results, trends, and financial forecasts.

You will need:

• Ability to learn product details and apply best Accounting. We have a large catalog of parts with several ways a product can behave or be setup. For example, we have kits, both drop-shipped and inventoried, products with multiple vendors, and products with multiple substitutes. You will need to know the best way to set these up for best accounting practices, and give direction to implementers.
• Great attention to detail. Quickly knowing the details that matter. Having good habits of double checking work. Quick to catch and prevent mistakes.
• Resourcefulness. Having the ability to creatively solve problems leveraging the resources around you.
• Autonomous work style. Capable of initiating and managing projects with minimal direction.
• Shared values. To be a good fit, you’ll want to share in our company values of pursuing excellence, serving others, doing what’s right-always, being reliable, working diligently
