Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and maintain advanced Excel / Google Sheets for financial analysis and reporting.
– Ability to utilize Power Query and BI tools or similar solutions to create and manage interactive dashboards and visualizations.
– Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
– Develop and maintain a strong data-driven feedback loop for data hygiene on sales channels and inventory tagging and reconciling.
– Collaborate with accounting, logistics, and finance teams to support corporate finance initiatives and projects.
– Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support strategic decision-making.
– Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data in ERP systems.
– Facilitate the integration of data from various sources, including EDI transactions.
– Assist in the implementation and optimization of ERP systems and processes.
– Support ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting as required.

Software/Platforms/Tools:
– Advertising Platforms: Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads
– Data Aggregation Tool: Supermetrics

Qualifications:
– Minimum of SOLID 3 years of freelancing experience
– Proven experience in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
– Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets, including advanced functions and data analysis tools.
– Experience or very comfortable with cost and revenue segregation based on specific company channels and attribution rule sets.
– Strong experience with Power Query and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
– Solid understanding of accounting principles and corporate finance.
– Experience with ERP systems
– Familiarity with EDI standards and practices.
– Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
– Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
– Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
