How will you make an Impact?
We are seeking an experienced Financial Lead to join our team. The Financial Laead will be responsible for overseeing important financial aspects of Proliance and ensuring its financial health, sustainability, and growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in financial bookkeeping, planning, analysis, collections/accounts receivable, and using reporting to make improvements in the business to grow, be more profitable, and achieve our purpose of maximizing opportunities to create positive impact.
Requirements:
> Independent and autonomous. Able to create processes and take action based on the goals of the company and minimal training and explanation.
> Proven results from prior work and experience
> Proficient in Quickbooks and accounting, including tax planning to save money on taxes.
> Experience doing payroll.
> Proven experience as a financial officer or in a similar financial leadership role.
> Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
> Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
> Thorough understanding of financial regulations and reporting standards.
> Innovative. Has good judgment in delegating tasks and developing new processes that will contribute to the company’s goals.
> Manage Prioliance’s financials (accounts receivables, payables etc.)
> Open to an entrepreneurial company where duties and responsibilities are changing and evolving as the company grows or > we see opportunities where we believe you will excel
