Position Overview:
As a Financial Manager at Horison Marketing, you will handle the company’s financial tasks and work with different departments to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:
– Process Payroll for Employees:
Work with HR to ensure employees are paid correctly and on time.
– Send Invoices to Clients:
– Team up with Admin to send invoices and follow up on payments.
– Conduct Subscription Audits: Check and verify subscription services with the Admin team.
– Audit Commission Reports: Review and verify commission reports with Admin.
– Build a Financial System: Create and set up a financial system for the company.
– Make Financial Forecasts and Budgets: Develop financial forecasts and budgets, and track financial performance.

Requirements & Qualifications:
– Demonstrated experience and proficiency in recruitment practices.
– In-depth knowledge of recruitment strategies, assessment techniques, and interview methodologies.
– Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software tools.
– Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
– Strong decision-making capabilities and adept problem-solving skills.
-Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes concurrently while meeting deadlines.
– Understanding of employment laws, regulations, and compliance standards.
– Excellent organisational and time management abilities to streamline operations effectively.
