Financial Planning Assistant

Searching for a financial planning assistant to work alongside me. This role will involve report writing, analysis and administration tasks. A fluent level of English (speaking and writing) is required as well as excellent mathematic skills and a high level of attention to detail. This role needs someone who is confidant and quick to learn and who can think for themselves and attempt things themselves. This is a long term role and needs someone who is willing to learn outside of their normal working hours to learn about the industry and job role.

This would be a full time role where I commit to giving atleast 25 hours a week of work (there can be more hours over time provided if you wish) and would pay up to $7.50 per hour depending on your experience and skill in the areas i mentioned. I would also pay a monthly bonus in addition to this based on your output, so you could realistically expect a total payment of $10 per hour within 6 months if your output and accuracy are good. This would be a long term role where you could improve over time and increase your earning potential if you commit to being focused while working and trying to learn more about the industry in your free time.

Organisation

I need you to be available via video calls on a regular basis. It will therefore requires someone who is flexible and can meet during specified hours (UK hours – 9am to 5pm).. There will be an initial 3 month probation period with pay of $5 per hour, before being offered the full time role. There will also be 2 short tests and an interview to complete as part of the application process.
