We seek a Financial Services Coordinator to join our team and oversee financial services and trust fund management.
As a Financial Services Coordinator, you will be crucial in ensuring the efficient management of trust funds and providing financial services to clients and the firm.
Job Description:
• Oversee all trust fund accounts (filling out financial forms, preparing paperwork & DocuSign, coordinating with banks & financial institutions, client follow-ups, etc.).
• Handle incoming phone calls and initiate outbound calls when required.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all trust fund transactions.
• Process trust fund payments in accordance with client agreements and legal requirements.
• Collaborate with attorneys, clients, and financial institutions to facilitate financial transactions and services related to legal matters.
• Assist clients with account setup, financial arrangements, payment plans, and billing inquiries.
• Maintain high professionalism and confidentiality when dealing with sensitive financial information.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding trust fund matters, financial services, and billing inquiries.
• Address client questions and concerns, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
• Ensure strict compliance with legal and financial regulations pertaining to trust funds and financial services.
• Arrange appointments with clients as needed.
Requirements:
• Previous experience in trust fund management, financial coordination, or related financial services or industry.
• Experience in a law firm setting is a PLUS.
• High ethical standards and commitment to conducting business with integrity.
• Excellent financial analysis and record-keeping skills.
• Proficiency in Excel or spreadsheet.
• Exceptional communication and client relationship management abilities.
• A keen interest in problem-solving and understanding complex issues.
