Role Summary:

In this role, you will be the front line for fostering new client relationships and nurturing existing ones. Your primary mission will be to communicate with prospects through email to unlock new opportunities and partnerships that align with our strategic vision, ensuring Metrik Media is the go-to agency for innovative digital marketing solutions.

Core Responsibilities:

Write personal first lines in an excel sheet so we can enhance the potency of our messaging
Monitor, respond, & notify us of prospects that have reached back out to us so we can take the conversation to the next level
Responding to prospects with tools and documents to enhance the value exchange and increase the probability of a sales call (we will provide the tools & documents)
Forge solid relationships with potential clients by understanding their business needs and how our digital services align.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop proposals that speak to the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives.

Job Requirements:

A history of copywriting and communication within the social media or digital marketing industries.
A solid understanding of the digital marketing landscape and the ability to articulate complex solutions clearly.
Proficiency in leveraging CRM software and research methods for lead generation.
Interpersonal skills with a knack for persuasive communication and negotiation.
Availability to work within the EST Day time (9am – 9pm)
Must possess a smartphone and a laptop with a reliable internet connection.

This job does not have set hours, the work is based on volume.

Pay:

Starting base salary of $400 USD per month, with immediate bonus opportunities for every successful deal closure.
A 5% commission for each deal closed [Avg Close Value: $3,997] (with at least one closure per month anticipated).
Payment is based on hours worked, with the potential for incremental raises tied to your growth and contribution.
