Job Opportunity:
You will be working with transferring photos, videos, PDFs, text files, and more from one software to another. In addition, you will be building out the profiles so that the Coach can fully begin using our system without having to set anything up themselves.
About This Role:
We will pay you “Full-Time.” To start, you will work “Part-Time” in building these Done For You packages; the other “Part-Time” will be learning our system and working as a Virtual Assistant in roles needed for the company. When our volume of buyers increase, you will only work with Done For You packages.
What The Process Looks Like:
1. Watch a video of what the Coach needs in their system (zoom calls played back for you, plus Google Drive to see all items)
2. Review the Documents and Files From the Customer
3. If applicable; request missing documents or files
4. If applicable; ask the Done For You manager any questions
5. Complete the custom dashboard for the Coach using our software and transfer over all items
6. Message our manager to review all items to confirm it’s completed

Experience must include:
Worked with a software company before. Have worked with data before (photos, videos, or anything numbers related)

This position is very straightforward, and you need to be tech-savvy. We will thoroughly review our hiring meetings to see if you fit best.
