Five9 Executive Admin

HYPR Service is looking for a highly qualified remote worker who has experience in using Five9 and has great leadership skills .

Salary: $8-10/hr, 40 hours a week

Qualifications:
– Expert in Five9 (or atleast has experience using Five9 not just for inbound/outbound calls)
– Great English Communication Skills
– Has 3-5yrs Executive Admin or any BPO leadership experience
– With Six Sigma or Project Management Skills is a PLUS
– Strong in creating SOPs (Standard Operating Procedure)

Task and Responsibilities:
– Will be managing the Five9 tool including Reporting and Lead management, wherein you should be knowledgeable of Five9 usage and function.
– Will manage VAs for our answering service campaign.
– Will be managing Answering service team and may handle Admin Tasks and client facing tasks

Technical Requirements:
-Laptop/Desktop (Processor must be at least i3, OS must be at least Windows 10)
-Wired Internet Connection (Download and Upload speeds must be above 20 mbps)
-Backup Computer
-Backup Internet Connection
-USB Noise-canceling Headset
-Webcam/Laptop Camera

Schedule:

-8 hours a day/ 40 hours a week
-US business hours
