Your main responsibilities as a WordPress Webmaster & Designer will include:
*Collaborating with our team to comprehend the requirements and objectives of clients’ WordPress sites.
*Utilizing our centralized system to update and maintain all our clients’ WordPress sites.
*Regularly monitoring backups, checking for broken links, updating plugins, themes, and core files.
*Performing routine site audits to ensure security, improve SEO, and optimize site performance.
*Using your remaining time to improve clients’ sites in various areas such as Google Lighthouse, SEO scores, page load speed, mobile responsiveness, and error resolution.
*Implementing site changes and responsive design modifications to enhance user experience and site functionality across multiple screen sizes and device types.
*Effectively managing multiple WordPress maintenance projects simultaneously while ensuring adherence to deadlines and client SLAs.
*Effective communication skills and regular communication with our team via Slack, email, Google Meet, etc.
*Utilizing our project management software to track status of assigned tasks.
*Performing additional VA tasks from time-to-time.
To be successful in this role, you should be an critical thinker with a comprehensive portfolio of WordPress sites you’ve managed or created. Experience with WordPress, Elementor, various popular WordPress plugins, Google Analytics, Webmaster Tools. Also, an understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/jQuery is crucial.
