We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant to support our team with various tasks, including social media management, advertising, scheduling, hiring, and administrative duties. The ideal candidate will be tech-savvy, possess excellent communication skills, and be able to work independently in a remote environment.
1. Social Media Management:
Create, schedule, and publish content on various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).
Monitor and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner.
Analyze social media metrics and provide insights for improvement.
Stay updated with the latest social media trends and best practices.
2. Advertising:
Develop and manage online advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
Monitor and report on the performance of advertising campaigns.
Optimize ad spend and performance based on data analysis.
3. Scheduling:
Manage and maintain the calendar for appointments, meetings, and events.
Coordinate and schedule meetings, including setting up virtual meeting links.
Send reminders and confirmations for scheduled appointments.
4. Hiring:
Assist with posting job openings on various job boards and social media platforms.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate screenings.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
Maintain candidate databases and records.
5. Administrative Duties:
Handle email correspondence and manage the inbox.
Prepare and organize documents, presentations, and reports.
Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role.
Strong proficiency in social media platforms and online advertising tools.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana) is a plus.
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a relevant field.
