What You’ll Do:
*Accounts Management: Handle Accounts Payable and Receivable, including bill payments, monitoring account balances, and rent collections.
*Budgeting Support: Provide crucial data to our financial controller, who manages the budget.
*Tax Support: Maintain accurate books that our local CPA will use to prepare tax filings.
*Admin Support: Provide essential clerical support to our management team.
Work Frequency:
*This gig can be either once a month or several times a month based on how quickly you complete the tasks.
What We’re Looking For:
*Skills and Experience: Exceptional organization, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. You should have a good understanding of accounting principles and best practices.
*Experience: At least three years in accounting or full-charge bookkeeping.
*QuickBooks Proficiency: You should be comfortable with QuickBooks desktop and willing to learn more if needed.
*Workspace Requirements: A quiet workspace with two monitors, stable internet connection, backup data, and preferably a backup power source.
*Independence: You can handle working independently in a fast-paced environment.
