Flexible Part-time/Full-time Role as a Full Stack Shopify Developer

Requirements/Key Skills:

-Strong command of the English language is a must.
-Extensive expertise in full-stack development with a specialization in Shopify.
-Self-sufficiency is vital, as you will be responsible for all aspects of Shopify development.
-Reliable and punctual, with a track record of meeting deadlines consistently.
-Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience working with Shopify.
-Demonstrated interest in establishing a long-term partnership with our organization.
-Availability of at least 30 hours per week.

While our physical warehouse operates in Italy and is managed by our logistics center, we follow an inventory-based model rather than relying on drop shipping. Notably, the majority of our orders (94% currently) are paid upon delivery, which serves as our unique selling point and sets us apart from competitors.

The Role:

We are seeking a talented full-stack developer who will drive optimizations to our website’s conversion rate. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing custom features, refining existing design elements, troubleshooting development-related challenges, and more. Essentially, you will handle all development aspects of our Shopify-based e-commerce store.

Working Hours:

We offer flexible working hours to accommodate your schedule and preferences. Once a new project begins, you will establish the estimated time of completion (ETC). As long as you meet the agreed-upon deadlines, you will have the freedom to choose when and where you work.

Compensation:

While many developers prefer project-based payment models, we are open to discussing an hourly rate if that better suits your preferences. All financial details will be thoroughly addressed during the selection process, ensuring transparency and mutual agreement before commencing any work.
