Job Summary:
As a Communications & Operations Flow Creator at Property Sale Service, you will hold a vital role in optimizing both our internal and external communication processes. Your responsibilities will include promoting a positive public image, managing information flow, and overseeing the dissemination of company-related information.
Your understand of processes, lateral thinking, logical reasoning, and analyatical skills will be essential in enhancing our communication strategies. In addition, you will play a crucial role in creating and improving flow processes across various business functions, contributing significantly to our organization’s growth. Your proactive problem-solving approach will earn you the trust of colleagues and external stakeholders alike.
Responsibilities:
Gain understanding for the development of key flow processes for various business functions.
Review and enhance existing flowcharts to ensure clarity, accuracy, and efficiency.
Research, create, and design flowcharts, process maps, organizational charts, and visual diagrams for aspect of business where it hasn’t been mapped.
Contribute to the development of internal and external communication strategies and gain a deep understanding of company operations.
Execute communication strategies using CRM databases and email marketing tools.
Monitor email and social media analytics and report to management.
Contribute to planned execution and flow processes across departments, including back-office operations, marketing, customer service, administration, property management, lead management and planned development.
Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:
Experience and Qualifications:
Experience in creating communications campaigns, ranging from simple to complex.
Proficiency in multi-channel communication and process flow.
Familiarity with various business setup dynamics.
Perhaps Relevant degree or equivalent experience.
Skills and Knowledge:
Familiarity with process flowcharts, operational management, and communication practices, tools and techniques in execuation
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Team player with knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields such as, Mathematics, Statistics, physics, economics, operations management, process dynamics, engineering, management, logistics, or operations ( the list goes on).
A minimum of six months of experience in a similar role.
Strong global skills, process systems knowledge, and communication skills.
Proactive, self-motivated, with a quick grasp of business operations and the ability to meet deadlines, as we need quick turn around of flow charts..
Creativity in developing relevant flow processes and business setups.
Understanding of Operational Manuals and efficient business operation processes.
Highly developed project and time management skills.
Ability to improve and create understandable flowchart diagrams for business operations for both the internal and external structure.
