Job Description

I am the owner of several hotels and I am currently seeking an individual who can efficiently handle various tasks. These tasks include promptly responding to emails, addressing guest reviews across all social media platforms, managing payroll processing, generating monthly revenue reports, and resolving customer care cases. It is crucial that the candidate possesses excellent English language skills, both in speaking and writing, and is able to work full-time. Additionally, the candidate must be available for a weekly Zoom meeting to review the previous week’s progress and discuss upcoming tasks for the following week. Furthermore, the candidate should be open to training and documenting processes until we are comfortable working together as a team. Lastly, the ability to make quick decisions on the spot is essential for this role.

Give me your responses to the following complaints and how you would communicate this back to the hotel:
Review:
“Definitely not worth the $140 we spent. The only plus was the shower. Floor was filthy. The vent in the bathroom was covered in dust and grime. No coffee pot. Mini fridge was so iced up in the back it barely worked. Did not feel real safe although nothing happened, just felt off. Do not recommend.”

Review:
“Brief 2 night stay for a friend’s wedding.
Bed was extremely comfortable. My husband and I needed a break anyway, and wound up resting a LOT because it was so comfy.
Looks family owned, and they’ve recently installed very bright led flood lights to make the entire area around the hotel visible and safe. I would have felt comfortable here if I’d been traveling alone. Waffle house adjacent to hotel was busy but super convenient. Front desk was friendly at check in.
You’re not going to find a lot of amenities, its a hotel for travelers on their way, but has everything you’d NEED.
Nice size mini fridge, microwave, very comfortable bed, clean room with no overwhelming smell of odorban like so many affordable hotels. It was QUIET. We got excellent nights’ sleep, and i would stay here again if I was passing through for a short time.”
