Mission Statement
Our mission is to help the greatest number of people in the community who believe as strongly as we do in the importance of great service, never playing games, always working hard, and consistently communicating openly and honestly.

We are seeking a bilingual (Spanish and English) who is HUMBLE, hungry and smart (high level of social and emotional intelligence) who is growth-oriented to add to our fantastic team and unique and special culture who will be our next rock star Director of First Impressions.

We are looking for someone who can work Monday – Friday for a combined total of 40 hours.

We want to hire someone who will be a superstar on a small team devoted to providing the best legal service possible to the Boston community. Your first responsibility (but far from your only) will be answering the phones.

We are looking for an exceptional individual who will be excited every time the phone rings, because it represents a chance to help the person on the other line.

I want the caller to “hear your smile” whenever you pick up the phone. AND, you need to be able to be sympathetic when people who are dealing with significant injuries and disabilities call in.

You will be the first point of contact when other attorneys, insurance adjusters, current clients, and others call in to the office.

Who we are:

Our firm culture has been built and is maintained by everyone committing to living our core values. These are:

1. 5-Star Customer Service, All Day Everyday
For us, providing the very best customer service to all people we serve is our highest priority. We strive each day to find new ways to deliver the very best customer service. The nearly 500 online reviews we have reflects the constant effort we put into giving our clients the very best experience possible.
2. Hard Working
We work hard each day because hard work is really important to us. I have always worked hard and I only hire people who share this same exact value. We as a team dedicate ourselves to putting our heads down and truly working hard for each and every client we serve. We earn our clients’ hard-earned trust by always being a law firm they can count on to do the right thing.
3. Good Communication
Our office believes good communication is critical for every successful attorney/client relationship. To accomplish this, we keep clients informed about their injury case each step of the way.
4. We Don’t Play Games
We believe in being honest and transparent with each other, and with our clients. We respect each other and our clients, but we do not accept ever any type of abusive behavior of any type. We tell the truth always.
5. Giving Back to the Community.
We believe we have an obligation to help our community since they have been so good to us. That is why we have partnered with different organizations around Boston that are helping to lift up those in our community that most need it.
