We’re looking for Virtual Assistants to join our team and work with top clients from top startups and enterprises in United States, Europe, and Asia.

The Role:
As a Virtual Assistant at Genie you’ll leverage advanced AI tools to offer a broad spectrum of services, transcending traditional personal assistant tasks to include specialized skills in marketing, design, video editing, and translation. Your role is pivotal in providing comprehensive support to our diverse clientele.

Responsibilities:
– Marketing and Strategy Development: Utilize AI tools to develop and implement marketing strategies, analyze market trends, and create targeted campaigns that resonate with the client’s audience. Assist in SEO and content strategy to enhance online presence and engagement.
– Creative Design and Branding: Craft visually compelling graphics, branding materials, and design layouts. Use AI-driven design software to innovate and produce high-quality designs that align with client’s branding and communication strategy.
– Video Editing and Production: Edit and produce professional-grade videos for a variety of purposes, including marketing, tutorials, and corporate communications. Employ AI enhancements to streamline editing processes, improve video quality, and create engaging content.
– Translation and Localization Services: Offer translation and localization services to help clients communicate effectively in multiple languages. Use AI-powered translation tools to ensure accuracy and cultural relevance.
– Research and Strategic Planning: Aid in personal and professional development by conducting research and planning activities that are aligned with client’s goals.
– Communication and Reporting: Oversee internal and external communications, crafting presentations, reports, and managing social media presence with a strategic approach.

Requirements:
– Spanish Fluency: Candidates must be fluent in both reading and writing Spanish
– Technical Equipment: Provide your own device initially, with specific requirements for RAM and processors.
– Work Environment: Suitable work-from-home space and a minimum 30 Mbps internet connection.
– Language and Work Experience: Excellent English proficiency and a charismatic attitude. Two years of full-time work experience (especially in a VA role) is preferred.
– Skillset: Knowledge of Google Suite and productivity tools (Notion, ChatGPT, etc), with experience in online/remote work being beneficial but not mandatory.
