Position Overview:
We are looking for 1 Follow up and Appontment Rescheduling Manager to add to our high performing team of appointments setters, the resource we are looking for will need to use the well-known GoHighLevel crm (and will have access to Meta Business Suite) to track and tag conversations with prospects and perform ongoing follow-up activity, including helping to reschedule people who didn’t show up on call to the appointment they booked.
Key Qualifications:
– A strong sense of ambition and drive.
– Ability to prioritize working with us, ideally without other job commitments.
– Exceptional work ethic, attention to detail, and a high level of accountability.
– Proficiency in both spoken and written English. (Note: The role involves written communication, but internal meetings and training will be conducted in spoken English.)
Experience:
While previous experience in appointment setting roles is advantageous, it is not mandatory.
Work Schedule:
6 days a week with 1 day off of choice – 8 hours a day between 7am Ph to 3pm Ph time
* We can evaluate also different time slots, and may also be available now or later to those who would prefer to work in the night from 9 Ph to 5am Ph (TO BE SPECIFIED WHEN APPLYING)
Compensation:
Hourly pay is fixed and there are multiple bonuses shared with the appointment setting team each month, based on calls booked weekly and monthly. Opportunities for growth are important, based only on meritocracy.
