Responsibilities:
-Implement and configure Action Plans within the Follow Up Boss platform to enhance workflow efficiency.
-Maintain and update client profiles, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
-Provide support to agents in effectively managing their client interactions within Follow Up Boss.
-Regularly review manual data entries in Follow Up Boss for accuracy and completeness.
-Send timely reminders to agents regarding pending tasks and follow-ups.
-Create Home Searches and Auto-email Set Up for Agents:
-Facilitate the creation of home searches and configure auto-email search for agents within MLS platforms.

Requirements
-Familiarity or experience with MLS Platforms ie GSMLS, etc is mandatory
-Experience with Follow Up Boss is mandatory
-CRM Tool ie Clickup, Asana, Click to view, etc
-Hi speed internet (at least 25Mbps)

-Demonstrates a quick and effective response to inquiries and tasks.

This will be a 9 hour shift with 2, 30 min unpaid breaks. Training starts at 9AM EST. After training, your shift schedule will start at 10:30AM EST. You will have 8 paid vacation days/ sick days that start accruing after just 3 months with the company. This is in addition to the paid holidays we provide – Good Friday, Christmas and New Year.
