Job Description

We are a growing real estate business specializing in creative finance solutions to help homeowners in pre-foreclosure. Our mission is to provide homeowners with all possible options to avoid foreclosure, often allowing them to stay in their homes. We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Virtual Assistant (VA) to join our team and support our efforts in lead generation, cold calling, and various administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:

Lead Generation:

Pull and organize lists of potential leads.
Skip trace leads to gather contact information.
Search for properties and run comparative market analysis (comps).
Cold Calling:

Make outbound cold calls to potential sellers.
Qualify leads and schedule appointments for further discussion.
Follow up with leads via phone, SMS, and email.
Data Management:

Maintain and update CRM with lead information and interaction history.
Build and manage follow-up systems to ensure timely and consistent communication with leads.
Run SMS campaigns and manage responses.
Administrative Support:

Assist with email and text communication to leads.
Set up and manage funnels within our CRM (GoHighLevel).
Perform general administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:

Previous experience as a VA in the real estate industry is preferred.
Strong understanding of lead generation and cold calling techniques.
Proficiency with CRM systems, preferably GoHighLevel.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
Compensation:

$3.50 per hour.
20 hours per week with potential for increased hours and responsibilities as the business grows.
