What are you going to do?
Every day we get hundreds of messages from people who want to join our premium trading group, it will be your job to guide them as well as possible so they will take our premium service. There is a script to work with but the chats need to be human, good of quality, and need to inspire and help people as much as possible. Your task will be to make sure that every client gets the very best experience through our chats.
Workdays:
Sunday – Thursday/ Monday – Friday/ Tuesday – Saturday
Shifts:
For Mondays – Fridays
– Morning shift 9:00 – 18:00 Amsterdam time
– Mid-shift 13:00 – 22:00 Amsterdam time
– Evening Shift 15:00 – 00:00 Amsterdam time
For Saturday 12:00 – 21:00 Amsterdam time
For Sunday 13:00 – 22:00 Amsterdam time
Requirements:
– Sales experience, BPO background is a plus
– Fully mastered the English language in speaking and writing
– Know how to trade, manage trades, how brokers work, how to speak the forex language
– Sales experience is really important, especially the psychological part in chat while doing conversations
– Creative, verbally strong, and smart in the way of selling what we do without actually saying it
– Google Docs, Word, Excel Experience
– Administrative and structured
– Team player and eager to learn
– Great communication skills
– Problem solver
– Able to handle criticism
– Willing to start immediately
