Role Description:

As our MT4/MT5 Administrator and Risk Manager, your core duty is to ensure our MT4 and MT5 trading platforms operate flawlessly. Your purview extends from overseeing risk strategies, providing technical support, trader interactions, to ensuring regulatory adherence.

Principal Duties:

Oversee trader positions and related risks on the MT4 and MT5 platforms.
Produce daily trade and reconciliation summaries, leveraging MT4 and external platforms.
Act as the primary point of contact for resolving trading and account discrepancies.
Liaise with Liquidity Providers, Financial Institutions, and Prime Brokers for order and transaction clarity.
Cultivate expertise in FX & CFD products, trade execution, and both cash and CFD equities trading.
Administer back-end operations such as portfolio allocations, account initiation, and product settings.
Address real-time server challenges including quote discrepancies and halted trades.
Offer technical aid across various Windows and online interfaces.
Aid in tailoring MT4 configurations including symbols, access rights, and securities.
Oversee server-side plug-in upkeep and installations.
Play a role in the system’s risk management and aid senior management in risk reduction strategies.
Educate staff on MetaTrader4 functionalities and keep them abreast of system enhancements.
Stay updated on innovations in technology aggregators, bridges, and related platforms.
Profile traders based on performance metrics using RMS tools to create strategies for optimized trading outcomes.

Qualifications and Expertise:

A Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related domain is an advantage.
In-depth familiarity with MetaQuotes software, especially MT4, MT5, and online terminals.
A minimum of a year’s experience in FX, CFD, or derivative trading environments.
Acquaintance with back-end trading processes for Shares, CFDs, and FX.
Comprehensive knowledge of cash equities, corporate maneuvers, and associated back-end tasks.
Proficiency in the FIX Protocol.
Outstanding verbal and written communication prowess.
Adaptability to work in varied shifts, from dawn to dusk.
A results-driven attitude with an inclination towards proactive measures.
Exceptional problem-solving acumen and handling intricate scenarios adeptly.
Mastery in both written and spoken English.
