What are you going to do?
Every day we get hundreds of messages from people who wants to join our premium trading group, it will be your job to guide them as good as possible so they will take our premium service. There is a script to work with but the chats need to be human, good of quality and need to inspire and help people as much as possible. Your task will be to make sure that every client gets the very best experience through our chats.
Workdays on Weekday shifts:
Monday – Friday from:
– Morning shift 8:00 – 17:00 Amsterdam time
– Evening Shift 14:00 – 23:00 Amsterdam time
Workdays Midweek shift:
Midweek 1: Sunday till Thursday,
Sunday – Thursday 12:00 – 21:00
Midweek 2: Tuesday till Saturday,
Tu – Fri 14:00 – 23:00, Saturday 12:00 – 21:00
Requirements:
– Sales experience, BPO background is a plus
– Fully mastered the English language in speaking and writing
– Know how to trade, manage trades, how brokers work, how to speak the forex language
– Sales experience is really important, especially psychological part in chat while doing conversations
– Creative, verbally strong and smart in the way of selling what we do without actually saying it
– Google docs, Word, Excel Experience
– Administrative and structured
– Team player and eager to learn
– Great communication skills
– Problem solver
– Able to handle criticism
– Willing to start immediately
