Job Description

We seek a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant to join our team. This role requires a deep understanding of digital marketing, SEO strategies, and website management. The ideal candidate will support our daily operations by managing our online presence and enhancing our marketing efforts to increase brand visibility and traffic, while also helping our founder deliver marketing strategies for customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist team in asset delivery for clients, ensuring work is to a high standard.
Conduct Quality Assurance to ensure output is accurate, and without errors.
Implement and monitor SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and drive traffic to the website.
Manage website content updates, ensuring all content is current and reflects our brand’s message and SEO strategies.
Assist in creating and managing marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and other digital platforms.
Analyze website traffic and provide regular reports on performance metrics to guide marketing decisions.
Coordinate and manage the calendar, scheduling meetings and appointments, ensuring efficient time management.
Handle communications with clients, team members, and external partners, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including but not limited to document preparation, data entry, and research tasks.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Marketing Assistant, or similar role with strong SEO and website management exposure.
Strong understanding of SEO best practices and tools.
Experience with website management platforms like WordPress, Shopify, etc.
Proficient in using digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Education:
A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, information technology, or experience inrelated field is preferred.
