ROLE OVERVIEW

Due to the expansion of the global 2San group, additional analytical support is needed in the finance team working directly with the Group Head of Finance. This role will prepare consolidated financial information using excel and powerpoint, provide analysis into key areas of the financial statements and be responsible for leading the rolling forecast and budget processes. This person will also carrying out commercial analysis of big revenue deals providing insight into profitability and challenging margins.

This role will suit an ambitious and capable financial mind, who is able to work at different levels of the business and present financial information to a high standard. Attention to detail is key as is proven experience in challenging

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

Monthly Financial reporting and analysis
Ad hoc deep dive investigations into key underlying drivers and market forces

KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Financial Accounting knowledge supported by an Accounting qualification
Financial analysis
Understanding of budget methodology
Organised worker, able to manage competing priorities
Strong interpersonal skills
High calibre financial and business acumen
Ability to work to tight deadlines
High standard of accuracy
Excel & PowerPoint

PERSON SPECIFICATION

· A minimum of 3 years post qualified experience in a similar role, preferably within a start-up or scale up environment.

OR

· A minimum of 6 years recent experience in a similar role, preferably within a start-up or scale up environment.

AND

· Significant executive support experience, including supporting C-level executives.

· Proficient in the use of the MS Office suite

· Experience within a fast-paced and high energy environment

· An aptitude for executing business improvement initiatives.

· Experience of troubleshooting problems and providing recommendations.

· Ability to react with appropriate levels of urgency to situations and events that require quick response or turnaround.

· Able to maintain a high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.

· Excellent judgment is essential.

· Ability to switch gears at a moment’s notice.

· You’re an expert juggler; managing and juggling multiple projects simultaneously

· Experience in a global business environment

· Experience in a start-up environment.

Circumstances & Compensation

Fluent in English (C2 or above)
Must be eligible to work in UK time zone
Location: Remote, work from home
Compensation: 70,000 PHP per month

Technology Setup

In addition to the above, you must also have the appropriate technology system & software in place as below:

Internet not lower than 10 MBPS
Laptop or PC with at least Intel Core i3 processor and 4GB RAM (or equivalent)
Microsoft Office Suite & Adobe Creative Suite
Noise cancellation headset & a webcam
