JOB SUMMARY:
The Financial Analyst position will participate in acquisitions, deal sourcing, investment underwriting, and due diligence. In addition, he/she shall be responsible for providing financial planning and analysis on the various projects of the business, monitoring results of operations against budget and project study, assess and recommending initiatives to ensure profitability goals are met.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Assist in the underwriting of potential acquisitions.
Prepare comprehensive market reports and comp analyses.
Assist in the due diligence process across all investments.
Research property, financial, market, and legal due diligence matters.
Prepare marketing decks and research materials in support of presentations, pitches, offering materials, and other financing activities.
Prospect and source new investment opportunities.
Assist in the preparation of annual budgets.
Assist senior management in all aspects of transactions.
Maintain/update repository of data, charts, graphics, presentations, and written responses to be used for various marketing needs.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
The candidate should be a multi-tasker with exemplary communication skills, a fundamental understanding of real estate finance, and have the desire to learn in an entrepreneurial environment.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a financial analysis environment in the real estate investment sector. (Preferred)
Strong quantitative skills: Microsoft Excel modeling experience required
Ability to create polished, high-quality outputs using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work as part of a team.
Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Exceptional interpersonal and communications skills (written and verbal).
The candidate will be able to demonstrate a high level of initiative and self-motivation and must be able to work independently, across a variety of responsibilities and at a fast pace.
