The primary purpose of the Fractional CMO role is to enhance and maintain the brand’s verbal identity and visual presence across various digital platforms. As a Fractional CMO, you will be responsible for crafting compelling narratives, managing social media, and creating engaging content that aligns with our company’s goals. Your efforts will support the company’s growth by effectively communicating our value proposition to a B2B audience in the excavation, commercial real estate industrial, and major construction sectors.
Responsibilities:
* Branding & Verbal Identity: Develop and maintain the brand’s verbal identity & Ensure consistency across all communications.
* Social Media Management: Create and manage content for Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
* Website Management: Design and update website content to keep it engaging and informative.
* Copywriting: Write persuasive and impactful copy for various marketing materials.
* Graphic Design: Design digital brochures, email campaigns, and other marketing collateral using tools like Canva and Adobe InDesign.
* Email Marketing: Manage and execute email marketing campaigns using Mailchimp.
* Project Management: Utilize project management tools like Trello or Asana to track and manage marketing projects.
* Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members using Google Workspace and HubSpot for seamless communication and marketing automation.
