Job Description

We are looking for someone who has strong leadership skills, is open-minded, is detail oriented, has a creative point of view, understands how to address conflict, and enjoys the journey of building a business with lasting impact.

This role will lead our team of high-performing professionals with adherence to the company culture consisting of but not limited to – effective, efficient, quality + experience, continuous improvement not perfection, and collaboration.

In short – this person is an integrator and executor that brings the company together to deliver our services effectively, efficiently, and in a memorable manner.

Objectives
• Collaborate with CEO in understanding and driving the organizational vision and strategies throughout the company.
• Oversee company operations and employee productivity, building a highly inclusive culture that ensures team members can thrive and organizational goals are met.
• Ensure effective recruiting, onboarding, professional development, performance management, and retention across all personnel.
• Ensure compliance with regulations from business to digital accessibility-related matters and take appropriate action when necessary.

Responsibilities
• Analyze operations and identify areas for process enhancement.
• Implement business strategies and plans that align with the short and long-term objectives.
• Oversee the dynamics across all departments to ensure resources are properly managed alongside marketing and sales to ensure growth targets are achieved, profitability is maintained, and quality remains consistent.
• Monitor performance, take corrective measures when necessary, and prepare detailed updates and forecasts.
• Build and maintain trusting relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.

Skills and Qualifications
• Strong operations background in building and growing companies.
• Excellent leadership skills, with steadfast resolve and personal integrity.
• Understanding of advanced business planning with continuous adjustment without loss of focus.
• Solid grasp of data analysis and performance metrics.
• Ability to diagnose and address problems quickly while foreseeing potential issues.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365, CRM, and Jira among others.
