Job Description

We are looking for someone who has strong leadership skills, is open-minded, is detail-oriented, has a creative point of view, understands the ins and outs of establishing a business, and enjoys the journey of building a business with lasting impact.

This role requires the ability to select and lead a team of high-performing professionals with adherence to the company culture consisting of, but not limited to – how to lead with humility, optimism, and excellence, continuous improvement not perfection. In short – this person is an integrator and executor who brings the company together to deliver our services effectively, efficiently, and in a memorable manner. Objectives
• Collaborate with the CEO in understanding and driving the organizational vision and strategies throughout the company.
• Oversee company operations and employee productivity, building a highly inclusive culture that ensures the day-to-day operations, policies, and procedures are running smoothly, including processes for product development, and customer service, and that the organization is meeting its strategic objectives.
•Ensure that the company is in compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements, including data privacy and other regulations.
• Ensure effective recruiting, onboarding, professional development, performance management, and retention across all personnel.
• Ensure compliance with regulations from business to digital accessibility-related matters and take appropriate action when necessary.

Responsibilities
• Analyze and evaluate operational data and metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
• Implement business strategies and plans that align with the short and long-term objectives.
•Build and lead a high-performing team of employees, setting clear goals and expectations, providing regular feedback, and creating a positive and engaging work culture.
• Oversee the dynamics across all departments to ensure resources are properly managed alongside marketing and sales to ensure growth targets are achieved, profitability is maintained, and quality remains consistent.
• Monitor performance, take corrective measures when necessary, and prepare detailed updates and forecasts.
• Build and maintain trusting relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.

Skills and Qualifications
• Strong operations background in building and growing companies.
• Excellent leadership skills, with steadfast resolve and personal integrity.
• Understanding of advanced business planning with continuous adjustment without loss of focus.
• Solid grasp of data analysis and performance metrics.
• Ability to diagnose and address problems quickly while foreseeing potential issues.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365, Kajabi, and CRM, among others.
