Experienced Fractional Sales Manager for B2B Web Services Company
We seek a highly experienced Fractional Sales Manager to oversee and grow our B2B outreach efforts. This part-time, remote position requires approximately 10-20 hours per month.
About Us:
We’re a web support and development company serving businesses and agencies in the UK, USA, and Canada. Our services include website design, development, support, optimization, content creation, and hosting.
Responsibilities:
– Provide direct mentoring and management to our outreach specialist
– Develop and refine B2B sales strategies, particularly for agency clients (direct also)
– Create and update email sequences and other outreach content
– Monitor performance metrics and provide regular reports
– Conduct weekly check-ins with the outreach specialist
– Handle escalations and complex sales situations
– Implement and oversee the use of sales tools (, AI writing assistants, etc.)
Requirements:
– 5+ years of experience in B2B sales management, preferably in web services or related tech industries
– Proven track record of developing successful outreach strategies
– Strong understanding of modern sales tools and techniques
– Experience with CRM systems and sales enablement software
– Excellent communication and mentoring skills
– Ability to work independently and manage remote team members
Preferred Qualifications:
– Experience with white-label services and agency partnerships
– Familiarity with website development and digital marketing services
– Track record of implementing successful email outreach campaigns
– Experience with Apollo – not necessary but an advantage as our outreach specialist has learned the system over the last month
Key Performance Indicators:
– Increase in qualified leads generated
– Improvement in email open and response rates
– Growth in scheduled discovery calls and demos
– Overall revenue growth from outreach efforts
