Responsibilities:
Monthly Closing Tasks: Ensure the month is closed by the 4th of the subsequent month. This includes:
-Gathering all bills from various sources such as dashboards, emails, and Google Drive.
– Downloading bank statements and reconciling them with the corresponding bills.
– Generating invoices based on bank statement entries and received emails.
– Communication: Liaise effectively with our in-house accountant.

Bill Management: Proactively request bills from partner companies when necessary.

Invoice Management:

-Draft invoices for our partners using external dashboards.
– Process invoice payments via online banking platforms.
– Accounting with QuickBooks

Reconcile bills with recorded expenses.
– Categorize and manage expenses.
– Import bank statements using CSV files.
– Monitor balances with partner companies.
T- rack outstanding invoices.
Deliver monthly financial reports.

Publisher Billing: Handle the billing processes for our publishers.

Qualifications:
– Proficiency in QuickBooks.
– A proactive and hands-on approach to tasks.
– Ability to perform basic calculations using Google Sheets or Excel.
– Strong command of the English language.
