TYPE OF WORK:

For now, this position is a freelance role that will be paid a standard amount for each episode that is converted into other marketing materials. If we have steady demand from clients, we’re open to converting this to a monthly retainer.

COMPENSATION:

We would expect to pay between PHP 1,500 and PHP 8,000 per article, depending on how much work is required and/or how much time it takes to complete.

You will be able to tell us your preferred rate for each type of asset during the application process, so we can make sure that you are getting paid fairly for your work.

For each episode, you will be given the audio/video file and a written transcript of the conversation. You can use those assets to produce an article, show notes, newsletter, or social media posts.

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH:

We’re a small team of creative people who love podcasts, especially those that are focused on health, finance, business, or personal development. We have a group of 5-8 team members at any time, which consists of writers, graphic designers, audio engineers, and project managers.

We’re mostly based in the U.S., but are becoming more geographically diverse as the company grows. Our main goal is to help thought leaders get their messages in front of more people, and we’re sure we’ll learn a lot about ourselves along the way.
