Position: Freelance Customer Service Agent

Type: Part-time job
Working time: fluctuate based on volume, typically 24-30 hours per week, with potential for up to 54 hours during peak periods.

*Responsibilities:
– Provide exceptional customer support across various communication channels, including Chat, Email, and Phone, primarily catering to our US and UK customer base.
– Adhere to established protocols, workflows, and guidelines as provided by team leaders.
– Demonstrate agility in problem-solving, ensuring efficient and prompt resolution of customer inquiries while striving to create memorable WOW moments.
– Utilize proficiently the tools and training resources at your disposal to effectively address customer issues.
– Complete additional tasks delegated by managers and team leaders.

*Requirements:
– Professional Experience and Skills
– Minimum of 1 year of E-Commerce customer service experience, preferably within the Print-on-Demand sector.
– Proficiency with Freshdesk/ Zendesk/ LiveChat platforms with at least 1 year of experience.
– Demonstrated expertise in managing Chat, Email, and Call interactions, with a proven track record of customer satisfaction.
– Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, especially in English.
– Strong customer-centric orientation and a knack for problem-solving.
– Effective multitasking abilities.
