Freelance Digital Artist for Ongoing Artwork Enhancement and Preparation

Job Overview:

We are looking for a skilled Freelance Digital Artist to form a long-term partnership with our business. The artist will be responsible for enhancing raw digital art files to elevate their aesthetic quality and preparing them for various applications. This is a gig-based role with payment on a per-project basis, focusing on a set number of images, with rates negotiable based on experience and quality of work.

Responsibilities:

Enhance raw digital art files to improve visual appeal, focusing on color, texture, and composition.
Adjust image resolution to 300 DPI for high-quality output.
Convert color profiles from RGB to CMYK for print accuracy when necessary.
Prepare files with proper dimensions and include bleed for print applications as needed.
Apply artistic techniques to add depth and a rich, fine-art feel to the artwork.
Balance the composition to ensure a harmonious and engaging visual experience.
Provide digital proofs for review before finalizing the artwork.
Deliver the final files in TIFF or uncompressed PNG format, via a secure file transfer service.
Qualifications:

Demonstrable experience in digital art enhancement and file preparation.
Proficient with digital art software such as Adobe Photoshop.
A strong portfolio that showcases a variety of digital artwork enhancements.
Ability to interpret artistic vision and work independently.
Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
