The Role: Graphics Designer

We’re looking for a part-time graphics designer who is:

Detail-oriented
Pro-active

##Reporting Line
You will report to me, Vikash, the creator of Bulk Mockup.

##Tasks
This is a summary of the key tasks in this role:

##Design and Create Mockup Templates

Design high-quality mockup templates for various print-on-demand products.
Customize and improve existing mockup templates based on customer feedback and industry trends.
Generate Mockups for Service Orders
Create professional mockups for “Mockup Generation service orders.”
Ensure the mockups meet customer specifications and are delivered in a timely manner.

##Customer Support
Assist customers with issues related to mockup templates.
Provide guidance on best practices for using Photoshop to create mockups.
Create screencast videos to explain design-related issues and resolutions.

##Content Creation
Identify opportunities for new content (YouTube videos, blog posts) based on common customer inquiries.
Collaborate with the content team to produce engaging tutorials and articles.

##Miscellaneous Responsibilities
Stay updated with the latest trends in graphic design and print-on-demand industry.
Collect and analyze customer feedback to continuously improve our design offerings.
Contribute to the creation and updating of help documents.

##Report and Document
Send weekly reports on completed design tasks and their status.
Include new content ideas for our content team.
Suggest improvements to our help documents.

##Goals
To deliver high-quality mockup designs that exceed customer expectations.
To continuously innovate and improve our mockup templates to stay ahead in the market.
Hours
This role would suit someone who has other commitments.
2-3 hours a day is currently required.
10 hours a week minimum, but can scale to more if results are good.

##Required Skills
Expertise in Adobe Photoshop.
Strong understanding of graphic design principles.
Experience in creating mockup templates and smart objects.
Knowledge of the print-on-demand market.

You have experience operating an Etsy store.
You are familiar with Bulk Mockup and have used it to create mockups.
You have a knack for creating visually appealing designs.
You are not camera shy and enjoy helping others through video tutorials.
