We specialize in a wide range of accounting services, including bookkeeping, spreadsheet reporting, data entry, payroll processing, dashboarding, KPI metrics, cost reporting, and tax services. With an inactive CPA and a growing client base in the healthcare sector, we are actively seeking a freelance partner to expand our practice on Upwork.

Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and strategic freelance partner who can help us leverage our profile to acquire accounting client work on Upwork. Your responsibilities will include:

Strategic Application: Apply to relevant accounting roles on Upwork each month, strategically targeting healthcare companies and other industries.

Lead Tracking: Monitor and track the number of leads generated and conversions on a weekly basis, sharing the results with us to assess progress.

Profile Enhancement: Provide consultation and suggestions on ways to improve our Upwork profile to attract more clients.

Project Collaboration: Collaborate with us and other freelancers in completing the accounting work once projects are secured.

Client Conversion: Your ultimate goal will be to convert clients into signing up for our monthly subscription services.

Requirements:
To be considered for this freelance partnership, you should meet the following criteria:

Certified Quickbooks ProAdvisor with expertise in Xero Accounting.
Experience in payroll processing.
Proficiency in Google Sheets, with the ability to work as a wizard.
Previous experience in extracting transaction data from Quickbooks into Google Sheets.
Familiarity with connecting Google Sheets to Looker Dashboard.
