Freelance Lightroom Editor needed! 🙂

Hi there!
I’m Bri Hudgins, a Wedding & Portrait Photographer based in Austin Texas! I’m looking for a freelance Photo Editor with positive energy to assist me with editing weddings & portrait sessions.

This is what work I have guaranteed right now, but as I book more sessions and weddings, they will be added to a task board right away so that you can see well in advance what I’ll need help with and when it would be due, which will give you plenty of time to plan your life and other editing jobs around that accordingly.

I use an AI editing tool to help me with the base edits so that the editing process is as efficient as possible. This means you would receive a Lightroom catalog with the images partially or mostly edited, but I still need help getting them fully complete through dodging and burning, cropping, straightening, exposure and temperature correction, etc.

Since the AI editing tool will be taking care of the base edits, this means that it will take you less time per image to finish the edit to the standard I’m looking for since there were already be a strong base edit applied. for this reason I’m looking for someone who can find tune these images for $0.10 USD

Here is what I’m needing help with:

– fine-tuning/editing about 500-800 photos per wedding in Lightroom using a preset I apply

– fine-tuning/editing about 75-150 photos per session in Lightroom using a preset I apply

– using dodging and burning tool, graduated filters, cropping straightening, and making sure the AI tool got the correct exposure and color temperature (you will receive training on my specific editing style)

What I’m NOT looking for:
-If you have an unreliable internet source, please do not apply.

-If you are unable to receive honest feedback well and learn quickly from the feedback, please do not apply.

What I AM looking for:
-Dedicated, loyal, on time, organized, hits deadlines, quick learner, enthusiastic, strong in english
-Someone who takes responsibility for their work and doesn’t make excuses
-Someone who prides themselves on being detail-oriented and creating consistent high quality results
-Someone who is EXCITED to edit wedding and couples photos full of emotion and beauty:)
-Ideally someone who could support me with having a four-six business day turnaround time for weddings and a two to three business day turnaround time for sessions

Requirements:
-Adobe Lightroom Classic (must have desktop version, not mobile app)
-Adobe Photoshop (must have desktop version, not mobile app)
-Efficient computer speed
-Ample Hard drive space or External Hard drive

Workload varies from month to month, so this is a freelance position at this time.
However, if you end up being a great fit and show a high level of commitment, as my business grows, so will the tasks I have to offer you and the position could potentially change to part or full time.
