Key Responsibilities:

Benchmark our tours against similar offerings in terms of features, quality, and pricing.
Market Trends Analysis:
Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and evolving consumer preferences.
Analyze macroeconomic factors (e.g., exchange rates, fuel prices) impacting pricing decisions.
Identify potential market gaps and opportunities for new tour offerings.
Customer Segmentation:
Segment our customer base based on demographics, psychographics, and buying behavior.
Analyze customer willingness to pay for various tour experiences.
Suggest pricing strategies tailored to specific customer segments.
New Tour Creation:
Collaborate with our team to identify gaps in the market based on research findings.
Explore and propose new tour concepts and itineraries aligned with market demand.
Conduct feasibility assessments for potential new tours, including cost analysis and revenue projections.
Pricing Strategy Development:
Utilize research insights to create data-driven pricing models.
Recommend pricing tiers, packages, and discounts to optimize revenue and profitability.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
Demonstrated experience in market research, competitive analysis, or pricing strategy development.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and software for quantitative and qualitative analysis.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
