We are seeking a talented and creative Motion Graphics Designer to join our team. The Motion Graphics Designer will play a pivotal role in creating visually stunning and dynamic motion graphics that enhance our various projects, including but not limited to promotional videos, corporate videos, social media content, and more. You will play a crucial role in shaping the visual storytelling of our projects. As a Motion Graphics Designer, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects that challenge your creativity and technical skills.

We are currently seeking a skilled and creative Motion Graphics Designer to join our team on an as-needed basis.

Location: Philippines – Remote

Responsibilities:
-Create compelling and visually captivating motion graphics, animations, and video content for a variety of projects, including but not limited to promotional videos, corporate videos, social media content, marketing campaigns, websites, and more
-Work on various project types, including explainer videos, promotional materials, social media ads, and more.
-Use industry-standard software and tools, such as Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Adobe Illustrator, to design and animate graphics, transitions, and effects.
-Maintain brand consistency and adhere to established design guidelines while pushing creative boundaries.
-Collaborate closely with our creative team to understand project requirements and vision.
-Maintain organized project files and assets to facilitate efficient workflows.
-Meet project deadlines and deliver polished content within the specified timeframe.
-Stay up-to-date with emerging design trends, animation techniques, and tools to continually improve the quality of motion graphics.
-Adapt to various styles and genres, catering to the specific needs of each project.

Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Animation, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
-Proven experience as a Motion Graphic Designer, with an impressive portfolio showcasing your work.
-Proficiency in industry-standard software, including Adobe Creative Suite (particularly After Effects, Premiere Pro, Figma, etc).
-Strong understanding of animation principles, typography, and composition.
-Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
-A creative mindset with the ability to translate concepts into visually engaging motion graphics.
-3D animation and modeling skills (e.g., Cinema 4D or Maya) and Video editing skills is an advantage and a plus
-Knowledge of sound design and music integration and experience with HTML, CSS, and web design principles for interactive projects is a plus (not required).
-Ability to work independently and remotely, meeting project deadlines.
-Attention to detail and a creative mindset to bring storytelling ideas to life.
-Availability to work on an as-needed basis and meet agreed deadlines.
