Freelance Part / Part Time Recruitment (High Commission)

Working with one of the Philippines’ premier BPO’s, you will help us recruit, retain and engage some of the best talents in the Philpines for our clients in Australia, New Zealand and Singapore.

Transparency is at the core of what we do, and as such, we will provide you with access to our ATS system, training on how to submit candidates, and the ability to track your candidates as they are being processed.

Responsibilities:
• Source & effectively provide the best candidates using different platforms based on the client’s requirement
• Understand the experience of the candidate and manage their expectations
• Build & maintain excellent candidates’ relationships
• Ensure that the candidates are kept warm until they’ve been onboarded

Requirements:
• At least 6 months of recruitment experience is required
• Target oriented & sales driven attitude
• Comfortable with commission-based income
• Positive attitude, a strong sense of urgency, self motivated & enjoy challenges
• Keen interest in sales and customer service with a never-say-die attitude
• Good interpersonal skills and communication skills
• Team player and able to work well with all level

Engagement terms:

Please note this is a freelance. Commissions range between 15k & 30k (PHP) Per role.

50% of the commission will be given upon the 30th day of the employment and 50% upon his/her 90th day in the company (payable through cash/bank account on the nearest company pay-out)

NOTE:
• If the candidate within his/her 1st month, 100% of the commission shall be forfeited;
• If the candidate resigns prior to his/her 3rd month, the remaining 50% of the commission shall be forfeited
• Candidates without an attached CV or resume will not be considered as valid referral.
• There is no cap on the number of referrals to be submitted. All rewards will be paid accordingly (per hire).
• all candidates must be submitted via the portal. At the time of submission, if the email addresses of the candidates already exist in the database, it will not allow you to submit them.
• Commission are still eligible even if a candidate is hired at a later time or gets hired for another position or client following the corresponding amount, provided that the referrer is still active or connected with the company.
